PRINCIPAL – Regina Ingram
I am honored to step into the role of Principal after serving the Bentley community as Assistant Principal since 2021. With a career spanning every level of education, I began as a middle and elementary school teacher in Dallas, Texas, before transitioning to high school education as an Assistant Principal in Fort Bend ISD. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Instructional Design from Walden University.
My journey to Lamar CISD began after witnessing the exceptional learning experiences my own children received within the district. My husband and I are proud parents to three wonderful children: Cameron (Foster c/o 2021), Jackson (Foster c/o 2025), and Leila, a current Gold Track student.
Serving the Bentley community has been a privilege, and I am continually inspired by the unwavering support of our students, staff, parents, and the broader community. Together, we make Bentley a place where high academic standards and engaging learning opportunities thrive—along with a bit of Blazer fun. As Principal, I am excited to continue working together to ensure our students achieve their fullest potential.

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL – Kristie Palacios
I am a proud Lamar CISD graduate with 19 years of experience in education. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as a Kindergarten, second grade, and fourth grade teacher, as well as a math facilitator and instructional coach. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
My husband is also an educator in Lamar CISD, and together we are proud parents of two children, Easton and Greyson, who are currently students on the Gold Track. As a family, we enjoy traveling, with Disney World being my favorite destination. I also love attending sporting events and am a true hometown fan.
Being named the Assistant Principal of Bentley Elementary has been an incredible blessing. I am honored to serve a school community where students, staff, and families are supportive, committed to excellence, and hold high expectations for success. I am truly blessed to be a Blazer!
